1st DAA Dementia Hub/Listening Event Friday 20th January 2017 was a great success
This is to thank the people of Hyndburn that came to see us on Friday 20th Jan, and the organisations and their representatives that were there to help make the Hyndburn DAA Dementia Hub/Listening Event @ St James Centre Accrington a great success. Also a massive thank you to John Gordon, the lovely Postman who helped get our flyers and posters out there, Paul Thompson for his time,help and support, Lindsay for the delicious homemade chicken soup, June from ASDA for the bread rolls and the butter, Sarah and Paul Barton for their support and the ‘in case of emergency supplies’, Rachel for being so supportive and keeping the kitchen in order and Dr Penny Foulds for her time help and support + Claire for her support & Sand Art. Can’t name everyone involved in today’s event, but a big Thank You to you all, it was the success it was because you were there. Also must not forget a big thank you to Tony Dobson for his help finding the venue and for his continuing support.
